Return of Products and Refunds

a. Customer has the right to return any product purchased from a Merchant but such right shall be governed by the relevant terms of the Merchant’s return and refund policy.

b. Customer has the right to request a refund on any product that has been returned to Merchant but such right shall be governed by the relevant terms of the Merchant’s own return and refund policy.

Return Procedure

We suggest customer to follow the procedures below to return the item after receive the confirmation. Follow the step below:

1. Take a photo of the item to be returned

2. Provide us the video of parcel being opened by customer (preferably the whole process of unboxing).

3. Contact our return department officer before returning the parcel.

4. Pack the item with their original packaging box include sales invoice and other accessories (free gifts and etc.)

5. Return the item to the following address within 7 days.

Please provide us the return parcel tracking number. Kindly immediately inform to our return department officer to prevent any problem during the return process.

6. Customer can request for refund/return item if some condition occur stated below:

  • a. Lost item
  • b. Defect (depend on type of defect)
  • c. Wrong item/barcode/size (not match with bill)
  • d. Product ordered but item sold to other person

* Customer shall bear the courier charge on returning item and be responsible for the safe delivery of the item.

After Parcel Arrives

Customer will be informed by call or email notice once the item arrived.

If the return item approved after item and quality examination.

Please allow 7 to 10 working days for your return to be processed.

The refunds will be in form of voucher or cash (if deemed as necessary) into user ID / account.

* If your parcel lost / damage during delivery, kindly contact our officer. Please dont direct contact related courier service and mention the item in your parcel is gold item. If courier service know there is any gold item in the parcel, they shall not refund the payment to either seller or buyer.

* Refund does not apply to customization order such as resizing and etc.
