Insurance Policy
In the case of insurance claim, where the item is lost during courier shipping process, customer need to provide to us Police Report and Courier Report.
During the time of making courier report, customer is not allowed to say the content of parcel (which is gold jewellery) to any Courier company (simply put
'cosmetic products' as the parcel content). However, it is allowed for the customer to inform the Police Officer the true content of parcel while making police
report.
With all the documents being submitted to insurance company, customer will have to wait around 1 month or more to have the case solved.
Insurance provided will only cover the item price (Shipping and Insurance price excluded).
Please let our admin know immediately if there is a case of lost item happened to you.
